Diamante is an oceanfront master planned community that is nestled on approximately 1,500 acres of pristine land with 1.5 miles of stunning Pacific coastline, located within the city limits of Cabo San Lucas. The Diamante site is located approximately 4 miles, and a 10 minute drive from downtown Cabo San Lucas, and represents the next stretch of oceanfront resorts being developed along the Pacific Ocean heading north from “Lands End” and downtown Cabo San Lucas. The site is accessed from Route 19; the main highway connecting Cabo San Lucas to points north (Todos Santos and La Paz). Phase I of Diamante’s fully integrated master planned resort community involves a world-class resort golf course designed by Davis Love III called The Dunes Course, complimented by a state of the art practice facility with private hitting bays and slider bar. Also completed is a clubhouse featuring a cantina with indoor and outdoor dining, golf pro shop and men’s and ladies locker rooms. Beach activities are also available with horseback riding, ATV rides and hiking.
