DUNES COURSE DEBUTS AT #58 IN GOLF MAGAZINES TOP 100 IN THE WORLD
IN 2011
Diamante joins a list of the world’s most impressive and famous courses, including St. Andrews
in Scotland and the Augusta National Golf Club, home of the Masters.
Diamante debuts at No. 58 on the list, the second highest ranking of the four new entries to the Top 100 Courses in the World. The magazine called the course “a memorable test carved from ocean dunes in Mexico’s Cabo San Lucas.” The course is also the highest ranked course ever in Mexico.
GOLF Magazine’s Top 100 in the World Rankings are the most respected rankings in the world. Established in 1979, the biennial survey examines more than 37,000 courses. A confidential vote by the 100 member panel determines the exclusive list. GOLF Magazine reaches more than 6 million readers every month and is considered the industry’s leading golf publication.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Diamante continues to move forward at a rapid pace on a number of construction projects.
The Dunes Residence Club/Clubhouse has now completed pouring the foundation and ground
level floors, as well as the roof of the entrance/reception area. Walls and utility preparations
have also been installed with construction now progressing up to the second level. The first of
three sections of the second floor has been poured, with walls and utility preparations already
framing four of the ten Dunes Residence Club units. Stunning views of golf, dunes, and the
ocean can be captured from the unit balconies and terraces. Construction of our Golf Villas
(GV6 and GV19) are now into the finishing stages with the plastering of interior walls, exterior
stonework and priming, and pool/patio/terrace and roof tile installation all in process. The
Beach Estates subdivision has virtually completed its mass grading operation, creating three
tiers of Estate lots within an unparalleled oceanfront setting. The access road to the subdivision
has undergone final design and engineering, is staked in the field, and grading will begin any
day now. Diamante continues to excavate and test material from the first phase of the Lagoon
Project, while simultaneously finalizing design plans for the state-of-the-art Health Club and
Spa facility, as well as the first two Vacation Club buildings, which will begin construction this
fall. Sunset Hill (Lot #30) has seen its first custom home undergo design review and approval,
with foundation and vertical construction following soon thereafter and already visible from the
Practice Facility and Cantina.
DIAMANTE SALES CONTINUE
Diamante Cabo San Lucas continues its sales success as we approach the second half of 2011.
Ironman Marketing has continued selling the many product opportunities that are available to
our buyers, even during the traditional slower summer months. Since the announcement of our
Dunes Residence Club (DRC) and Clubhouse in 2010, Diamante has already sold more than
70% of the shared ownership units. In February of this year, the Golf Villa Residence Club
(GVRC) was added to our list of offerings. This shared ownership product has also been well
received by buyers who want to be included in this exclusive Residence Club, with the first
GVRC being SOLD OUT and several contracts in place for the second. Our full ownership Golf
Villas have also garnered much attention, as buyers continue to be impressed by their high end
finishes & furnishings, and competitive pricing. By the fall of this year, five Golf Villas will
have been completed, and only one is still available for sale. There are only a few Sunset Hill
Estates homesites currently available. These properties live up to their name, with panoramic
views of the sun setting over the ocean on a nightly basis. Almost 40 of the lots have closed or
have a reservation deposit to date. Beach Estates home sites sales have also contributed to our
sales momentum. With almost 50% of the 40 home sites under deposit.

WORLD CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP COMES TO DIAMANTE IN 2012
The World Club Championship Committee extended an invitation to Diamante Cabo San Lucas
to host one of the most prestigious amateur golf tournaments in the world. In the fall of 2012,
the 10th anniversary Club Championship will come to Diamante and Mexico for the first time.
Previous tournaments were hosted in the United States, China and this year in Korea. The WCC
celebrates two of golf's greatest enduring traditions: Amateur golfers and the world class Clubs
to which they belong. Considered one of the most coveted amateur events in golf, WCC is often
compared to the Walker Cup and Ryder Cup. The event features head-to-head competition by the
world's top clubs chosen from GOLF Magazine's Top 100 Courses in the World. Past champions
represent golf clubs from Sunningdale GC in England, Kingston Heath GC in Australia, Royal
Portrush GC in Northern Ireland, Pine Valley GC and Los Angeles CC in the United States, and
Durban CC in South Africa. The 90 minute Championship telecast will air repeatedly on the Golf
Channel throughout the world in prime time and on Sky TV. It will be an honor for Diamante to
host the 2012 Championship, bringing guests from the world golf club community to Cabo San
Lucas, Mexico.

BEST NEW INTERNATIONAL GOLF COURSE IN 2010 AWARD BRINGS TOP 100 IN
THE WORLD PANELISTS TO DIAMANTE
Due to GOLF Magazine's recent announcement voting Diamante Dunes the #1 New International
Golf Course in 2010, panel members from the TOP 100 IN THE WORLD rankings have been
flocking to Diamante over the past several weeks. "It is a tremendous honor to be nominated
and considered as one of the world's top golf courses," states Diamante Dunes Director of Golf
Erik Evans. "We have received excellent feedback from panel members and will continue to
make improvements to the course based on the feedback," says Diamante Dunes Superintendant
William Ousterhout. The results for the TOP 100 rankings come out in September, 2011.
