BEACH ESTATES

These homesites are located on the southwest corner of the development, with just a short stroll to the Pacific Ocean and its miles of untouched coastline. The Beach Estates offer 40 homesites, all of which are a minimum of one half acre in size, with a boutique hotel including 5 star amenities planned adjacent to these 40 homesites. The rows of Estate lots are tiered, allowing each property to capture unobstructed views of the beach, golf and surf. An exclusive Beach Club will also be located within the Beach Estates. Dedicating prime ocean front real estate, a family friendly Beach Club will be built featuring a large swimmable saltwater lagoon one acre in size with sand beaches, cabanas, a freshwater pool and jacuzzi, locker/changing rooms, and a beach café/grill with brick oven pizzas and smoothie bar.
