Beach Estates

These home sites are located on the northwest corner of the development, just a short stroll to the Pacific Ocean and its miles of untouched coastline. The Beach Estates offer 40 homesites, all of which are a minimum of one half acre in size. The rows of Beach Estate lots are tiered, allowing each property to capture unobstructed views of the beach, golf and surf. An exclusive Beach Club will also be located within the Beach Estates while a boutique hotel with 5-star amenities will be adjacent to the homesites. Located on prime ocean front real estate, a family friendly Beach Club will be built, featuring a large, one-acre swimmable saltwater lagoon with sand beaches, cabanas, a freshwater pool and Jacuzzi, locker/changing rooms, and a beach café/grill with brick-oven pizzas and smoothie bar.
