The Resort at Diamante

The Resort at Diamante will be a fully functioning resort within the boundaries of the Diamante Community. The Resort will encompass approximately 80 acres, and include a Vacation Club featuring approx 200, 2 bedroom/3 bathroom units, 36 Private units consisting of 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, and up to 12 Bungalows with 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms. The Resort will incorporate an extensive array of amenities for the entire family, including a lagoon with more than 11 acres of water surface and a village complex with retail stores, restaurants, kid’s camp, arcade, water park and water-based activity center. If you’re looking for activities, there will be a world-class Spa and Fitness Center with a lap pool, as well a sports complex with facilities for tennis, training, baseball, soccer and other recreation. The Resort will also have a dedicated 18-hole championship golf course.

Construction commenced at The Resort in November 2011, with the grading of initial access roads and preparation of foundation platforms for the Spa and Fitness Center.
